I did have it looked at and am told it is a manufacturers defect, not a chip or scratch.Schwartz Mazda & Hino Truck center is a fourth generation family owned business dedicated to the most positive customer experience. I like to knwo where I am taking my car and value the business relationships I have for services I need and would like some input on further resolution. I have left a message to clarify on Wedsday morning and not received a call back. Correct, it is not a new car, but I thought I still was under the bumber to bumber warranty and it was a certified pre owned car and thought that meant something. I was told its not a new car and I should speak to the used car dealer. I wasnt accusing the service department, someone broke it open, and i assumed it may have been the rep. said it is not paint flaw and no one would open the blister.

I am told the representaive said it was chips and scratches and not covered under my warranty and when I persisted, I was repeadly told the rep. The noise was resolved, however who ever looked at the paint, actually broke open one of the larger blisters and now i am afraid it is going to start peeling on the outside of the car. I have mutiple paint bubbles, blisters that the only way I can expain it.

I had come for a noise issue and 30 mile service, but also asked they look at the inside of my driver side door. Unfortunately I do have a concern with my most recent visit.

I just felt like they give a little extra to make you feel special. I love my Mazda and have been readily telling both friends and family of my good.esperiences with Schwartz. It was hard changing, but my experience buyingmy MAzda from Schwartz and subsequent service experiences were great, and was beginning to feel like I found a new car family. I had owned a ford exclsuively before and had formed a greta relationship with that dealer. Ive had my car service at Mada Scwartz twice since I purchased it in May.
